What is the Full-Value Insurance?
We offer Full-Value Insurance through movinginsurance.com. Simply search for “Traust Moving” in their directory and submit your request. If you opt out of full coverage, all moves still include our basic protection at no extra cost. You can ask our team for help choosing the right coverage.
How and when do I pay?
For long-distance moves, we require a 10% deposit to confirm your reservation, another 10% on pickup day, and the remaining 80% upon delivery.
What are your starting rates?
Our pricing starts with a team of 2 professional movers and a truck. We have a 3-hour minimum and charge in 15-minute increments if additional time is needed.
What’s the payment policy for local moves?
We ask for a $100 deposit to reserve your date. This goes toward your final bill. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your move.
What if one of my locations is outside your service area?
No worries — even if you’re just outside our standard radius, we’ll do our best to find a great option for you. Just reach out and we’ll work with you directly.
